Don Miller grew up in North Platte, Nebraska. He graduated from North Platte High School and received his undergraduate and juris doctor degrees from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Don has experience as an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Nebraska working in the criminal prosecution division and the civil litigation division. He was the Chief Prosecutor in the Buffalo County Attorney’s office in Kearney, Nebraska. He served his country in the U.S. Army on active duty service with the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. In 2000, Don joined the Sidney, Nebraska law firm of Matzke and Mattoon. In 2011, Don left Matzke, Mattoon, and Miller and opened Miller Law Office.
His primary areas of practice include all types of civil litigation from personal injury, wrongful death and accident litigation to employment and contract disputes and worker’s compensation. Don’s experience includes handling a variety of criminal cases from murder, drug distribution charges and other serious felonies to assault and driving under the influence cases.
